Licensing Requirement
- This position is contingent upon becoming fully licensed.
- Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office, with full licensing support provided.
- Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of starting.
- Our agency provides guidance and support throughout the licensing process to help you succeed.
Role Overview
As a Multiline Representative, you will play a key role in driving agency growth by building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying coverage needs, and recommending insurance solutions that protect families and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers to generate new business
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing opportunities
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and opportunities
- Support marketing and outreach efforts within the community
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and agency production goals
Qualifications
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the business
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Insurance or State Farm experience preferred but not required
- Ability to meet the licensing requirements outlined above
